SKID V5 Installations |
Type of Vehicle :
The autonomous Nettwork ® Skid V5 can be installed in a van such as: Sprinter, Master, Boxer or Turbo, with a payload of at least 1500 kg in its standard configuration.
When installing a water boiler, a payload of 1650kg should be calculated for. |
 |
Installation and ventilation :
- Ventilation grid (air intake and outlet on the vehicle body).
- Ventilation duct between the skid and the grids (intake and outlet).
- Exhaust outlet.
- Skid positioning on the ground.
- A 12 V fan.
Ventilation is a very important matter, making it possible to supply the quantity of air necessary for supplying the screw and thermal engine, to cool these 2 components (to prevent thermal safety bursting), and finally to substantially reduce the noise nuisance issuing from the various rotating components, in the cowling. |
 |
Internal preparation of vehicle :
Fitting insulation, both acoustic (minimum saving 20 dB), and corrosion protection of bodywork parts, of the van.
Fitting to envisage if there is a hot water boiler.
The material used is a polypropylene lattice resistant to chemicals, temperature and impact.
It has the particularity of being excessively light and not causing any significant increase in weight. |
